Organized by Cukierman & Co. Investment House — a leading Israeli investment banking boutique founded by Edouard Cukierman — and Catalyst Funds, the conference has been convening since 1997, with editions held across Israel, Europe, Asia, and the United Arab Emirates.

The Miami edition marked a historic milestone: the 32nd edition of the conference and its first-ever U.S. appearance. Held on December 14, 2026 at the iconic Fontainebleau Hotel, it brought together top global investors, leading Israeli technology companies, and senior policymakers — including opening remarks from President Isaac Herzog — for a full day of panels, one-on-one meetings, and high-level networking.

The conference spotlighted approximately 40 Israeli startups across three sectors: Life Sciences (biotech, medtech, pharma, digital health), High-Tech (AI, cybersecurity, fintech, defense, new mobility), and Climate Tech (food tech, agri-tech, renewable energy) — companies that represent the cutting edge of Israeli innovation ready for global capital deployment.

Noctem Group served as the U.S. event production partner, managing venue, logistics, talent coordination, and on-site execution at the Fontainebleau Hotel.
