Noctem Group produced and hosted the official album release party for Wu-Tang Clan's "The Saga Continues" — the 18-track compilation album produced by long-time Wu-Tang producer Mathematics and released on October 13, 2017 through 36 Chambers Records, the label created by RZA and Mustafa Shaikh.
The album debuted at #1 on the Independent Albums chart and #15 on the Billboard 200, moving 24,613 copies in its first week. It was propelled by singles "People Say" and "Lesson Learn'd" featuring Redman — a return to form for one of hip-hop's most consequential groups.
The release event brought together some of hip-hop's most influential figures for a night celebrating a group whose cultural footprint spans 30+ years across music, fashion, film, and business. Wu-Tang Clan chose Noctem Group to deliver a production that matched the cultural weight of the occasion.
The event was produced out of San Remo Cafe (201 Lafayette Street, SoHo) — a cafe, lounge, and restaurant where Noctem operated — which also hosted the A Boogie wit da Hoodie episode screening of Netflix's Rapture docuseries, a Richard Hambleton "Shadowman" documentary screening, and curated live performances at iconic NYC venues including the Public Hotel.
