Noctem Group produced the album release party for Wu-Tang Clan's "The Saga Continues" and hosted landmark events for Roc-A-Fella / Roc Nation in New York City.
Noctem Group produced and hosted the official album release party for Wu-Tang Clan's "The Saga Continues" — the compilation album produced by long-time Wu-Tang producer Mathematics and released on October 13, 2017 through 36 Chambers Records, the label created by RZA and Mustafa Shaikh. The album debuted at #15 on the Billboard 200 and #1 on the Independent Albums chart, moving 24,613 copies in its first week, propelled by singles "People Say" and "Lesson Learn'd" featuring Redman.
The release event brought together some of hip-hop's most influential figures for a night celebrating one of the genre's most legendary groups. Wu-Tang Clan, widely regarded as one of the most influential hip-hop groups of all time — with a cultural footprint spanning 30+ years across music, fashion, film, and business — chose Noctem Group to deliver a production that matched the cultural weight of the occasion.
Beyond Wu-Tang, Noctem Group also hosted events for Roc-A-Fella / Roc Nation at their SoHo location (San Remo Cafe, 201 Lafayette Street) — a cafe, lounge, and restaurant where Noctem operated — including an event to celebrate Kareem "Biggs" Burke — co-founder of Roc-A-Fella Records alongside Jay-Z and Damon Dash. The 2017 timing aligned with the 20th anniversary of Roc-A-Fella and Biggs' comeback with the Roc96 MadeWorn collection, which launched at Barneys New York with a 30-day exclusive and window displays across the country, plus a Nike Air Force 1 "Roc-A-Fella" collaboration.
San Remo Cafe also hosted the screening of the A Boogie wit da Hoodie episode of Netflix's Rapture docuseries (April 2018), a Richard Hambleton "Shadowman" documentary screening (premiered at Tribeca Film Festival), and curated live performances at iconic NYC venues including the Public Hotel. These events cemented Noctem's position at the intersection of music, culture, and luxury event production.
